No quedé satisfecho. Precios caros, platos no abundantes. Cogimos una mesa para 5 a las 22:30, y a las 23:00 nos dicen (sin previo aviso) que si queremos pedir algo más tiene que ser 1 pizza únicamente ya que la cocina está cerrada, que nada más. Me dió la sensación de que no querían trabajar y nos estaban echando. He de decir a su favor que trabajan con un buen producto de Italia. Los vinos espectaculares también.

My wife and I went here for lunch at 1:30 on a weekday. I would recommend having a reservation unless you arrive between 1:30 to 1:45 since there aren't many tables available for non-reservations even on a weekday. We were recommended this location both online and by our hotel staff and I am glad that we went because this was the best pizza dough that I have had ever (disclaimer: I do not actively seek out the best pizza dough, so take this with a grain of salt). We had the Alimentari salad and the La Verace pizza along with typical bread service and a coke zero which cost us $35 and fed us both satisfactorily. This was the best flavor to cost meal for us in our whole trip to Sevilla (over 6 days). The dough for both the pizza and bread was amazing and I could definitely believe that this restaurant is in the top 50 pizzerias in Europe for 2025. The Alimentari salad was also very delicious, but we would've wanted more leaves in the salad to balance the amount of burrata. The bread also comes with a mayo spread that is very delicious. The only part of our experience that could be improved was service as the waiter was not very attentive despite us being some of the first customers of the day. He did however check in on us and ask us how we were doing later on, so it was probably just an isolated incident.
