Fuimos a cenar ayer y la experiencia fue excelente de principio a fin. El local es muy acogedor, con un ambiente cuidado, y el equipo demuestra una gran profesionalidad y cercanía. Un detalle que nos encantó es la atención especial a las intolerancias al gluten, tratadas con mucho cariño y sin descuidar la calidad de los platos. Para comenzar, nos sirvieron un aceite espectacular acompañado de unas olivas buenísimas. Después compartimos la tortilla, las gambas al ajillo y el pulpo. Todo estaba riquísimo, aunque merece una mención especial el pulpo, que venía con una salsa de curry impresionante. Como postre, Emilio, que nos atendió de maravilla durante toda la cena, nos recomendó la tarta de queso, y fue un acierto absoluto. Para beber, pedimos sangría de vino tinto, también espectacular. En resumen, un restaurante totalmente recomendable: comida excelente, trato inmejorable y una gran sensibilidad hacia quienes tenemos intolerancias. Sin duda, volveremos, aunque nos pille lejos porque somos de Vitoria.
