Cuisine excellente même s’il manquait l’élément principal de mon plat : la purée de patate douce on m’a mis de la mayonnaise à la place. Respectez vos clients ! Et pas d’excuse ni rien on m’a servi mon plat comme s’il était complet alors que le restaurant n’était même pas plein. J’ai quand même bien mangé mais mon expérience a été mitigé car il y avait un serveur très âgé très désagréable. Je ne sais pas si c’est mon visage qui ne lui revenait pas mais il a été très désagréable envers moi et mon ami. C’est en grande partie pour ça que je retire des points à la note finale. Et également au niveau du service. Soyez force de proposition. Quand vous voyez que les clients ont fini au lieu de ne pas les calculer. C’est dommage

Having booked Casa Robles from a recommendation, I then checked only after booking, the reviews. I was initially hesitant but decided to continue with the reservation. We are very well travelled and have eaten at a lot of the best restaurants from all around the world from 3 Star Michelin down to gourmet pubs. I have to say either the negative reviews are for a completely different establishment or just fictional to hurt the reputation. From the moment of entering the service from Alberto was impeccable, the food equally so, I would go as far to say the best meal and experience whilst visiting Sevilla.
