Fuimos a Sevilla Este desde Triana ya que el de Triana está cerrado por renovación en agosto. Nos atendió Sara. Nos preparó dos menús SIN GLUTEN en un santiamén. La típica y la trufada. Como siempre, las hamburguesas estupendas y con el mejor pan que he comido, blandito y no se desmorona (tan típico de los panes sin gluten). Sara nos atendió amablemente y nos estuvo informando de todo el proceso de ofrecer opciones sin gluten hasta estar en la Red de Sevilla sin gluten. Podemos estar tranquilos con el contacto cruzado comiendo en Atípico (yo he probado Triana y Sev. Este).

La verdad que me encantó, recomendado por la Red Sin Gluten de Sevilla fui a comprobarlo por mi misma y sin duda está de diez, las hamburguesas viene con un pan brioche muy currado que no parece sin gluten de lo conseguido que está, las patatas fritas eran totalmente naturales, cortadas por ellos y se notaba a leguas, las hamburguesas super sabrosas y mucha variedad. Volveremos.
