Fuimos a Gulu Gulu con ganas de probar comida auténtica de Shanghái y la verdad es que salimos muy contentos. El pastel de rábano fue toda una sorpresa: crujiente por fuera, con esa textura suave que recuerda a la pasta de arroz, muy diferente a lo que solemos encontrar en otros sitios. El char siu de cerdo en salsa dulce también merece la pena, viene en buena cantidad y te lo sirven en una pequeña parrilla para terminarlo en la mesa, lo que le da un punto divertido. Los baos quizá fueron lo menos destacable de lo que probamos, correctos pero sin sorprendernos demasiado. Lo que sí es imprescindible son los xiaolongbao, auténticos protagonistas de la carta; pedimos un variado y, sin duda, nos quedamos con el de cerdo Wuxi, jugoso y lleno de sabor. A todo esto se suma una decoración cuidada al detalle, que acompaña muy bien la experiencia. En definitiva, un sitio muy recomendable si te apetece descubrir sabores de Shanghái y salir con ganas de repetir.
