We had such a fantastic tapas dining experience last night! Our server Dharma was absolutely wonderful—she really took the time to listen to my husband and me about our likes and dislikes for wines, then curated Spanish wine selections for us that were spot on. Her depth of knowledge was truly impressive and made the evening feel special. The food was excellent as well, with every dish full of flavor, but the standout for us was definitely the duck foie gras—rich, perfectly prepared, and absolutely delicious.
