Note: Review from a few months ago - but it didn't post correctly, so reposting it now.
We visited two days in a row as the first was amazing - we got in just before the 8pm rush on a Friday, the food was great and the service was quick and friendly, and the orange wine was delicious. On the first day I'd have given the food a 4.75 and the service a good 4.5. The food quality/value ratio was very good compared to other restaurants we visited in Seville.
It was so good we decided to return the next day, but unfortunately, it was a very different experience.
We arrived at around 6.00, as we wanted to get there before the rush. The order process was different on the second day, and you had to order at the bar, and the staff seemed too busy for guests. My partner said he felt like he was treated as an annoyance when he was ordering. We waited 45 mins for our food, until I asked the younger guy at the bar for an update, and after speaking with him, the food was out in the next 5-10 minutes. The food was not as good as the first day, and even the croquettes hadn't even been cut and presented like the first day, they were just in one long strip on the plate. I ordered nearly the same as the first day, and it was totally different on the second day. The only good part of the second visit really was the very youngest/smallest waiter at the bar, who was very polite and helpful, and got our food sorted after the long wait.
So, if you visit, I suggest to visit a bit later when there is a waiter there (you will most likely have to wait a long time for your table though), if you go before that, prepare for not good service, and a long wait. Finally, order the orange wine, for me, the highlight of the whole restaurant (along with the Iberian Pork cheeks).
