This family owned spot was the best fresh vegan spot in Sevilla. I was very impressed by their dedication to food including vegan food, and their love of the Earth and animals. The food was exquisite. Absolutely recommend!

Un rincón delicioso y consciente en el Mercado de Triana. Descubrimos Obrador La Osa paseando por el Mercado de Triana y fue todo un hallazgo. Todo lo que ofrecen es ecológico, casero y lleno de sabor. Probamos varias cosas y estaban increíbles. Se nota la calidad de los ingredientes y el cariño con el que preparan cada plato. Algo que nos encantó es que tienen muchas opciones veganas, sabrosas y bien elaboradas —no es lo típico de “solo para salir del paso”, sino propuestas pensadas y deliciosas. Además, la atención fue muy cercana y amable. Da gusto encontrar lugares así, con conciencia y sabor. ¡Volveremos seguro!
