Encargamos una tarta sirenas a las 13:00h. y se les olvidó, esperamos 1 hora, para que la entregaran, la peor tarta que hemos probado, el hojaldre añejo, se la llevamos el mismo día por la tarde, no tuvimos contestación por parte de la empresa ni una disculpa, no sabemos que pasa en ésta pastelería no volveremos nunca más

Ayer 30 de Julio, compré una caja de pastas de té y al comerlas tenían un sabor indescriptible, vamos que no eran recientes, ni de un día ni de dos, más bien de semanas... Me parece lamentable que un establecimiento venda comida en dichas condiciones. Sólo indicar que no voy a volver comprar en ninguna de sus sucursales ni de Segovia ni de Madrid y poner la oportuna reclamación en Consumo, para que tomen las medidas oportunas. No se pueden jugar con la salud de las personas.

Recojo una tarta de fresas a las 12:00, la guardo en el frigorífico y a las 16:00 me encuentro con que estaba todo el centro de la tarta congelado y el bizcocho más seco que el ojo de un tuerto. La duda que tengo es si la hicieron hace días y la congelaron, o si directamente las compran congeladas y las decoran como si fueran propias. 40 euros para que te fastidien un cumpleaños.
