Me and my friend were staying next to this place so we decided to have breakfast nearby and unfortunately decided to go to this place. There was a waitress serving us and she was extremely rude and abrupt, I ordered a coffee and a croissant and my friend ordered some orange juice and she brought our order and my friend asked for ice as it was a pretty warm day in Santiago, and she replied asking in a very disrespectful tone asking why he wanted ice..? I’ve never experience such a poor table service as we did there. We spent 4 days in Santiago and never went back to this place. Shame they hired someone like that in such a cosy place with lots of potential.
