Authentische galizische Küche wie mir diverse Apanier versichert haben. Sie bieten Menue del Dia an. Man sollte aber reservieren. Ohne Reservierung werden die meisten abgewiesen aber nicht alle. Der ältere Mann sowie die Frau könnten den beiden alten in der Sesamstraße Konkurrenz machen. Bei der Entdeckung des Lächelns sowie der Höflichkeit haben sie zumindest gefehlt. Bedient wird ohne Blickkontakt und ohne die Miene zu verziehen. Das es auch anders geht kann man im Kontakt mit den Stammgästen sehen. Da wird schon mal ein Kind gestreichelt und auch höflich gesprochen. Um so mehr ist es verletzend wie ein Nichts behandelt zu werden. Am Ende des Mahls wurde mir bedeutet den Tisch zu verlassen. Ob noch ein Getränk gewünscht wurde stand gar nicht zur Diskussion.. Der volle Tisch neben mir dessen Gäste schon vor mir da waren konnte in Ruhe weiter Tafeln. So etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Fairerweise muß ich sagen das das Essen gut war. Aber wer gerne genießt und wie ein Gast behandelt werden will ist hier falsch.

5 estrellas se le quedan cortas. El negocio lo llevan un matrimonio de edad avanzada, pero con una energía y un amor por su profesión increíbles. El menú del día son 14€, pero cuando probéis la calidad de la comida y la cantidad, alucinaréis. La comida excelente, como si volviésemos al pasado a casa de nuestros abuelos, y el trato inmejorable. Fue sentarnos y tener la comida en la mesa, en apenas dos minutos. Las raciones son abundantes, con una fabada que pedimos para dos personas que nos dio para 3 platos a cada uno. Sin duda un lugar escondido en Santiago y que merece muchísimo más reconocimiento. Si algún día volvemos a hacer el camino, volveremos.
