Neeru was very sweet and went out of her way to help me with the promo discount even though it was very busy and she was the only one working☺️

Just opened early am, the staff denied a paying customer to be seated to enjoy his overpriced so so coffee, for no reason besides the guy was homeless. No COVID signs in sight. Passed by an hour later and a well dressed lady was able to be seated and have her drink...(┛❍ᴥ❍)┛彡┻━┻ That's really hateful. If he hadn't purchased anything I get denying him sitting around... But tsktsk. Realize while you're so quick to judge a stranger for having nothing, that most of us are just one bad decision/wrong move from being in the same situation. Have mercy on people struggling... It's free to be mutually respectful.... I'm not going to be totally negative and give 1 star. I don't want them losing customers, I hope they thrive. Consider, customers are the reason you exist starbuckerz. Let him sit down and drink his overpriced coffee, ಠᴥಠ

Please be mindful when interacting with a staff member named Abigai at this location. She seemed confused and appeared to lack a clear understanding of how to manage transactions at the register. Additionally, her approach came off as somewhat accusatory and inconsistent, which made the overall experience quite frustrating. I strongly advise caution when dealing with her to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings.
