Hk milk tea was a disappointment, ordered less sugar and ended up tasting bland. No evaporated milk or condensed milk included; maybe they added a little bit of table sugar. Pastries were not warm or that fresh but otherwise tasted OK, nothing special.

They have one of the best Pork buns I ever tasted, most pork buns have very little pork inside, theirs are full. If you go there on a major holiday they sell out early. They also have a cream roll that is delicious. They sell a lot of lottery tickets and have a couple of video screes of live lottery results. At least try out some of their deserts and food, very good prices, pork buns $2 where just down the street, 2.25 to 2.50 and these are delicious./
