My favorite sweet treat in the city - warm concha ice cream sandwich with Mexican Vanilla ice cream. The concha was perfectly warm and soft, with a slight crustiness on the bottom half that was great. The ice cream was kind of custardy! It was giving cake batter flavor in the best way.
