I have been living in the city for over 20 years, and last night was the first time I went to this place because they had the drink special. When they played 60s, the drinks were $1. When they played 70s, the drinks were $2. When they played 80s, the drinks were $3 and so forth. This place is gorgeous, the deep green/blue ambiance with gold cleaning chandeliers & dark mirrors, just absolutely beautiful. The place got really packed, and the two bartenders were working that floor like you wouldn't believe it. Hardly any line; they were very quick. The DJ was incredible until he got to the 2000s, but he was working the younger crowd, so I get it. I had a great time, yummy drinks, good music, and a fun crowd—just great energy & vibes.
