Celebrated a friend’s birthday at Charmaine’s tonight & the service was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Joel was our server and he took great care of us — the birthday girl received a complimentary glass of champagne & a surprise dessert, and we all thought that was the sweetest thing! The bartender also kindly accommodated the sober (pregnant) friend in the group with specialty virgin cocktails, and showed us the bottles of non-alcoholic liquor as an additional measure of good faith. We particularly LOVED Miguel who worked at the door. We arrived without a reservation and he made quick work of accommodating us, escorting us up, and at the end of the night was kind enough to snap a few photos for us & see us out safely. Give the man a raise, he was absolutely the best!
