Llegamos a salamanca en puente de agosto, pude hacer reserva por Google, el restaurante muy bien, tranquilo y familiar, el servicio de 10 tanto Alberto como la niña que estaba con el que no recuerdo su nombre. Empiezo por el pan, casero y muy rico, pedimos ensalada con gulas y gambas, riquísimo el alineó, luego chuletón de vaca simmental con 45 días de maduración, poco hecho y tal cual como lo pedimos, nos lo sirvieron. Eso con un buen vino estuvo de 10. Recomendable al 💯%, para volver sin duda.
