Restaurante con un servicio atento y platos que se presentan bien preparados y con gusto. La cocina cumple en ejecución y sabor, ofreciendo una experiencia correcta en lo gastronómico. El punto débil llega con la relación calidad-precio: las raciones resultan escasas en comparación con los precios, que se sitúan en un nivel alto. Ejemplos claros: un rodaballo a la plancha por 30 €, chuletillas de cordero a 28 € y un consomé a 10 €. La cuenta final para dos personas ascendió a 104,50 €, cifra difícil de justificar si se valora en función de la cantidad ofrecida. En definitiva, un restaurante que convence en lo culinario, pero que pierde equilibrio en su propuesta económica. Lo considero un lugar donde se come bien, pero cuya ubicación no basta para explicar unos precios que desentonan frente a la experiencia servida.

Excellent food, service and location. Right in the center Rio de la Plata provided an amazing experience for our last night in Salamanca. They are pet friendly and we sat outside. To be repeated.
