⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 I don’t usually write reviews this long, but my experience at Fly Chicken was honestly so positive that I feel it deserves it. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, everything about the place impressed me – the food, the atmosphere, and especially the service. One person in particular, Mell, stood out and really elevated the whole experience. First, let’s talk about the food. Fly Chicken delivers exactly what you expect from the name – delicious, crispy, and flavorful chicken that’s cooked to perfection. I’ve had fried chicken from a lot of different spots, but this one genuinely ranks among the best. The seasoning has the perfect balance of spices, not too salty, not too bland, and the chicken itself is juicy inside with a crunch that makes every bite satisfying. I tried both their classic wings and one of their special sandwiches, and I honestly couldn’t decide which I liked more. The wings had that perfect kick, while the sandwich felt like comfort food done right. The fries were crispy golden, and I loved that they didn’t feel greasy. Even the sauces were on point – you can tell that there’s thought behind the flavors instead of just generic dips. Now, food alone can make a place good, but what really makes a restaurant memorable is the service. And that’s where Mell comes in. He was the one working when I visited, and I could tell right away that he cared about the customers and the experience they had. Overall, I’d say Fly Chicken gets it right in every way – great food, great space, and staff who clearly care. But Mell especially made my visit memorable. When someone goes out of their way to make sure you enjoy your meal and feel valued as a customer, that’s something worth recognizing. If you’re looking for amazing fried chicken and a place where the people are just as good as the food, I highly recommend Fly Chicken. And if Mell is there, you’re in for an even better experience.
