One person in particular, Mell, stood out and really elevated the whole experience. First, let’s talk about the food. Fly Chicken delivers exactly what you expect from the name – delicious, crispy, and flavorful chicken that’s cooked to perfection. I’ve had fried chicken from a lot of different spots, but this one genuinely ranks among the best. The seasoning has the perfect balance of spices, not too salty, not too bland, and the chicken itself is juicy inside with a crunch that makes every bite satisfying. I tried both their classic wings and one of their special sandwiches, and I honestly couldn’t decide which I liked more.
