We did take out from the store and were very impressed by the quality when we got home. We have sampled from many sushi locations in Rotterdam, delivery and dining in, including some higher end locations, and I would have to say that by far this was the best. In every ingredient there was subtle notes of perfection. Execution, knife skills, and careful preparation and planning are due to this, I assume. It was just the one time but I know we will be back. I wish I had a photo! It was beautiful as well as delicious.
