Order placed at 7:35 PM – estimated delivery time: 50 minutes. Sounds reasonable, right? Well… the sushi arrived at 10:00 PM. We live just 10 km from the restaurant, so we really didn’t expect such a delay. For over half an hour the status said “on the way,” so we called at 9:00 PM to check if it wasn’t being delivered via Japan. We were told it was indeed “on the way.” Another 30 minutes passed and my boyfriend called – this time they said it would arrive “in 15 minutes.” In reality, it took another 30 minutes. We had guests straight from the airport and wanted to treat them to something nice, but if we had known it would take this long, we would’ve picked a different place. And the cherry on top – when the sushi finally arrived… no chopsticks. After waiting 2.5 hours, we ended up eating sushi with forks. Nothing says fine dining quite like California rolls and stainless steel.

Wij komen al jaren bij Sushipoint Rotterdam. Helaas hebben wij afgelopen zaterdag een mindere ervaring gehad, waarbij de sushi niet aan onze verwachting voldeed. Nadat we hier middels deze review melding van hebben gemaakt heeft Sushipoint dit keurig opgelost. Wij hebben dan ook besloten om de volgende keer onze sushi gewoon weer bij Sushipoint te bestellen.

Zojuist een real crisp menu besteld het begon goed met de sushi garnaal totdat we de sushi met kip aten de kip smaakte zuur ik opgebeld werd meer erom gelachen kon een nieuwe krijgen maar wel met dezelfde zure kip wat een goede service zeg dus maar niet gedaan ook zei die man aan de telefoon ik heb er ook net van gegeten die kip wat een leugen nooit meer hier bestellen jammer
