I just love this place. People who work here are attentive and happy to give recommendations and preset items well, which is great, especially for when seasonal items come. Today I ordered my usual, filter coffee, got it and sat at the table, but a few minutes later Emre walked up to me with a new beverage in his hand and said that his colleague Diego coffee he poured me was probably not fresh so he corrected it and handed me a freshly brewed beverage. This customer service level you often don't see even in fine dining. Great job, guys!

Koffie en zoetigheid erbij zijn altijd goed. Wel erg duur vergeleken met een "normale" koffie of lunch tent. Dar krijg je voor de helft van dat bedrag nog bediening en betere koffie. Niet dat het personeel er iets aan kan doen want dat is nou eenmaal het concept, maar het is niet mijn ding.

Voor de zoveelste keer sta ik tijdens openingstijden met een groep mensen in de rij, en is er nergens een personeelslid te bekennen. Na een minuut of 10 kwamen er een dame en heer samen enigzins bezweet uit het magazijn en werden zonder verdere uitleg weer bestellingen aangenomen. Inmiddels waren diverse klanten al vertrokken.
