Hidden Gem. Het lijkt van de buitenkant wat krakkemikkig door de Amerikaanse rommelige uitstraling, maar ze hebben hier topkwaliteit USA BBQ classics met heerlijke bieren en prettige muziek. Allerlei zaken in de stad geprobeerd, maar ze serveren hier de beste Brisket, top worsten en burgers. Aanrader Texas Style Brisket en bestel wat extra brioche buns erbij als je trek, want je krijgt meer brisket dan 1 broodje toestaat. Enjoy!
