2022. Het was toen een originele intieme eetbeleving en fantastische en veel gerechtjes. Wel iets te vaak gefermenteerd eiwit (als zout vervanger) in de gerechten waardoor ik het gevoel kreeg dat deze specifieke smaak te vaak terug kwam. Misschien niet te vaak benoemen dat het er in zit. Bij andere restaurants gaan ze ook niet vertellen dat er overal zout in zit. Ik geef overall maar 4 sterren omdat ik de prijs echt te hoog vind ook al is beleving anders dan reguliere restaurants van hoge kwaliteit. Misschien iets meer klanten tegelijkertijd in de zaak. Doet denk geen afbreuk aan de intimiteit maar dan kan de prijs iets omlaag. Wij gingen all in en dat koste €350 per persoon. Voor €175 pp kan je ook een heerlijke leuke eet-beleving krijgen in Nederland en dan kan je 2x. Al met al. Je moet het toch een keer geprobeerd hebben.
