Forse dire che l'osteria è casa mia è poco dato che siamo nati nello stesso momento..... E si sono il primo chef dell'osteria e sono colui che ha impostato la cucina.... Peppe non mi ha mai fatto aspettare un giorno per lo stipendio neanche quando ero in vacanza ed io ne ho presi di soldi tra catering servizio extra e stipendio detto ciò se tu hai postato foto mi fai capire che il lurido in cucina sei tu vuol dire che non sai cos'è l'haccp la mia cucina era inpeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista e tu esimia t.d.c. l'hai rovinata e hai provato a rovinare la reputazione di un locale ITALIANO che è diventato un'istituzione a Rotterdam. A dimenticavo tu "chef" cambia mestiere
