Meerdere van hun welbekende pizza’s besteld, met knoflooksaus en sambal zoals altijd. Terwijl we buiten een plekje zochten om te zitten, landde er gewoon een vlieg op één van de pizza’s — en niet even snel, nee, die bleef er lekker op zitten. Ik liep meteen naar binnen om het netjes te melden en vroeg of ik misschien een nieuwe kon krijgen. Wat je dan krijgt is geen begrip of excuses, maar een bijna agressieve reactie. De medewerker zei letterlijk: “Ja, hier kan ik niks aan doen,” en weigerde iets op te lossen. Alsof het mijn schuld is dat er vliegen op hun eten landen? Geen excuses, geen service, alleen een grote mond. Echt jammer. Voor mij geen bestelling meer hier — als dit hun standaard is, dan pas ik.
