Visiting the restaurant had been on my wish list for some time. Last month I finally made the reservation. I did not know we were in for such a treat! We had the chef's menu, which was inspired and detailed (but not 'too' creative). And the chef's choice of wine pairing was not par for the path, but well considered, daring and therefore very refreshing. The staff were polite and attentive When we visited the restaurant it was wonderful early summer evening, and sitting outside underneath the old chestnut trees under the watchful eye of the Piet Hein statue in urban Delfshaven made our visit even more special. What a wonderful evening this was!

Came here with the wijnspijs tour. Had a delicious fish in a sauce that felt like a hug. Paired with a nice south african white wine. Will return!

Inmiddels twee keer met een wijn spijs wandeling bij Frits een gerechtje geproefd met bijpassende wijn. Allebei de keren een lekker visgerechtje, mooie, passende wijn en een leuk welkom en goede uitleg bij de wijnspijs combinatie. Erg leuk. Nu moeten we nog een keer een "echt diner" komen eten. En dat gaan we zeker doen.
