Bellissimo locale, elegante e raffinato. Qui si possono gustare degli ottimi piatti a base di pesce. Abbiamo preso calamaro alla scapece con insalata di finocchio, scalogno candito e olio al pimento, un Tunasteak, tonno con fagiolini, pancetta, crema di piselli e patatine viola ed una Spigola con crema e involtini di zucchine, risotto vadouvan, con burro bianco al lime, e come contorno verdure di stagione. Il tutto davvero delizioso e ben condito. Abbiamo abbinato il tutto con un buon vino francese. Il servizio preciso, gentile e veloce. Prezzi nella norma, visto lo standard elevato del locale. Abbiamo avuto modo di scambiare due chiacchiere con il simpatico e gentile cameriere, e abbiamo saputo che sarebbe venuto in vacanza in Italia, e ci siamo scambiati suggerimenti su cosa visitare. Bella esperienza.
