Premessa il posto mi è piaciuto,.il luogo è caratteristico, il personale è veramente bravo e cordiale nel gestire la calca che ogni giorno assedia questa bella trattoria ma è proprio questo il limite....i turisti sono una risorsa ma nel caso specifico anche un limite se devo fare un ora di fila per mangiare. Detto questo il fiore, la crocchette, la carbonara sono sicuramente buoni ma nella norma, soprattutto se una carbonara costa 16 euro (sedicieuro/00), per mangiare con tovaglietta ed in mezzo alla strada sotto un ombrellone, sperando che il cibo arrivi prima del sole , altrimenti è un bagno di sudore. In conclusione, ottimo indirizzo per una volta. Ci vai, smarchi la casella italiano o straniero che sei per dire che ci sei andato, e finisce li, senza rimpianti da entrambe le parti. Loro continueranno ad avere la fila e tu romano potrai tornare alla tua osteria di quartiere, dove la carbonara è altrettanto buona e la paghi al più 12 euro. Di atmosfera romana c'è poco, la cosa bella è parlare con un brasiliano o un australiano seduto accanto a te del più è del meno, se ami il genere.

Cacio e pepe was simply good, I would say too simple, I was expecting more flavours, more pepper, more depth in this meal and it appeared too flat. Carbonara also ok, more than ordinary, but not the best (according to my husband :D). We prefer small crispy pieces of meat/guanciale rather than bigger pieces like in Enzo. Tiramisu - super delicious, for sure in my top of the top list. We were waiting almost an hour in the evening, you better be prepared for this ;)
