Uscire dai classici stereotipi della cucina nostrana, dove tradizione/rivisitazione/personalizzazione la fanno da padrone, mi porta ad avere la curiosità di conoscere anche quella cucina a cui ho sempre dedicato meno attenzione. L'esperienza "Aromaticus" è un viaggio nella natura, nei sapori, nel benessere, nel salutare. Essere avvolto da sapori che spaziano dall'Oriente all'Occidente è qualcosa che ti lascia quel dolce gusto di scoprire che mangiare SANO è mangiare BUONO! Quinoa e Cous cous buonissimi, ricchi di sapore e decisamente soddisfacenti per lo stomaco, una cheesecake al mirtillo con pochi zuccheri ma molto sapore ed un'eccezionale Crema Chantilly vegana alla pesca che solo per quella servirebbe scrivere pagine e pagine... Servizio in perfetta linea con l'atmosfera che si respira nel locale

Location molto carina, proposta vegetariana/vegana sicuramente particolare e ricercata. La presentazione dei piatti è molto curata. Ho apprezzato il tataki di cocomero per la sua originalità e per il rimando a forme e sapori familiari. Buono il pancake. Lo spiedino di funghi mi ha convinto meno, gli gyoza non male ma niente di eccezionale. Il dolce, una cheesecake crudista, è risultato piuttosto anonimo, soprattutto rispetto alle aspettative create dagli ingredienti descritti. Purtroppo il servizio non mi ha soddisfatto: poco attento. Nel complesso, un’esperienza piacevole ma con margini di miglioramento. Se potessi, darei un 3,5 – arrotondo in eccesso per valorizzare la creatività della cucina.

Posto meraviglioso, già testato in una precedente trasferta romana. Personale preparato, gentile ed attento. Location giustissima sotto tutti i punti di vista. Ho allergie a spezie e solitamente fatico a trovare qualcosa di accessibile per me nei ristoranti vegani. Questo è l’eccezione, sono riusciti a venire incontro alle mie esigenze servendomi piatti strepitosi. Grazie come sempre ragazzi
