About

Villa Carlo Alberto al Quirinale is a stunning garden nestled in the historic center of Rome, inviting visitors with its rich history and natural beauty. Open to the public since 1969 and maintained by the Municipality since 1998, this park offers a delightful escape for families and pet owners.

Featuring an exquisite equestrian statue of King Carlo Alberto of Savoy, the garden is adorned with ornamental plants and magnificent white roses. Winding pathways lead to a serene pond, creating a picturesque landscape for leisurely strolls. Originally established in 1889 to commemorate Emperor Wilhelm II's visit, the park underwent a significant restoration in 2014 to preserve its charm and historical essence.

The garden boasts a beautiful staircase draped in a spectacular wisteria vine that intertwines with a grand tree, crafting a picture-perfect scene. Villa Carlo Alberto al Quirinale remains a testament to nature's elegance blended seamlessly with historical reverence, making it a must-visit oasis in the heart of Rome.

Dobry plac na szybki odpoczynek. Nie ma tam dużo drzew czy przesadnie dużo cienia - jest za to poidełko miejskie + ławeczki. Dla większej ilości zieleni, wzdłuż tej samej ulicy jest drugi park
