The place has a special atmosphere, which is enhanced by its unique and unspoken rules: a menu with prices is presented only to the head of the family, and if you decide to taste the meat or fish cuisine, you will receive five dishes in each "category." The design of Quartopiano Suite is more than succinct, with always clean tablecloths, and the waiters are polite and attentive, as is proper in a fine dining restaurant.

Ormai una certezza da tantissimi anni, lo Chef Silver Succi riesce a creare sempre dei percorsi unici, percorsi che ti colpiscono dritto al cuore, piatti pieni di passione, territorio, ricerca e grande maestria nell’impiattamento. Ambiente curato nei dettagli e meravigliosa esperienza estiva nel Roof Garden, con un tramonto mozzafiato! Nota di merito per tutto il personale sempre preparato, disponibile e gentilissimo! Un grazie particolare a Fabrizio Timpanaro, un Maestro quando ti consiglia su quale vino abbinare al percorso scelto. Il tipico esempio come dico io che non è la stella che fa il ristorante, ma il ristorante che fa la stella! Super super super consigliato!! 😉

MAGGIO 2025: ho approfittato del menù under 35 per festeggiare un’occasione importante. La scelta non poteva essere più azzeccata: piatti spettacolari, abbinamenti con i vini studiati con cura, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Un’esperienza di gusto e attenzione che rende davvero speciale qualsiasi evento. Da provare!
