È con una certa amarezza che scrivo questa recensione. Sono anni che vengo in questo ristorante sul mare, fin da quando ero bambina, e non posso che notare come le cose siano cambiate, specialmente la qualità e il servizio. Siamo stati qui per pranzo a Ferragosto con un gruppo di amici e l'esperienza non è stata per nulla piacevole. Purtroppo, la pizza margherita che abbiamo ordinato era praticamente cruda, una delusione. Anche il mojito non era all'altezza: si sentiva solo l'alcol, senza il giusto equilibrio degli altri ingredienti. Inoltre, i prezzi mi sono sembrati un po' alti per la qualità offerta. Il servizio è stato un po' a desiderare, ma è anche vero che a Ferragosto i ristoranti sono sempre molto affollati. Quello che non è cambiato è la location, che resta pulita, suggestiva e bellissima come sempre. È un vero peccato che la magia del luogo non sia più supportata dalla qualità che ricordavo. Spero che si possa tornare ai livelli di un tempo.
