Siamo stati diverse volte a cena al Mana Sushi. Il sistema di ordinazione col tablet è molto semplice da utilizzare. Il menù ha tante scelte per tutte le esigenze, compresi piatti vegani e vegetariani. I piatti sono arrivati velocemente e tramite il tablet si può seguire lo stato dell’ordine in tempo reale. Il personale è molto gentile, il locale è ben arredato, pulito e i tavoli con le poltrone sono davvero confortevoli. Consiglio il carpaccio di salmone al passion fruit e gli uramaki con la salsa al basilico.

Immerso nel verde, nonostante sia a sulla statale, si trova sempre parcheggio, senza dover fare immense camminate, l’ambiente è molto curato e ci si perde a notare i dettagli dell’arredamento nelle brevi attese tra una portata e l’altra (anche a ristorante pieno). Sin dalla prima volta che ci sono stato ho apprezzato tantissimo il menù (con diverse opzioni vegane, che mi permettono ogni volta di godere a pieno della cena e tornare a casa sazio e soddisfatto. Ammetto che, la prima volta che ho curiosato, il prezzo mi aveva sorpreso, però dopo averci cenato lo trovo perfettamente in linea con la qualità del servizio, dell’ambiente, delle materie prime e del menù. Ci torno ogni volta che posso, grandi.

Miglior sushi all you can eat della riviera, siamo clienti abituali e abbiamo provato ogni singolo all you can eat arrivando alla conclusione che non sia nemmeno confrontabile agli altri presenti a Riccione. Location, cibo e servizio tutto ottimo, sempre.
