Sono stato questa sera a cena all Oasi della piada e vorrei iniziare a ringraziare i due proprietari, due persone che rispecchiano in pieno lo stile Romagnolo. Persone gentili, simpatiche, gentili, due belle persone veramente. Abbiamo ordinato 3 piade e un cassone, le piade strepitose , stracchino crudo e rucola eccezionale, salame piccante e mozzarella perfetta il salame piccante era buonissimo e non super piccante in modo che si percepisse anche il sapore della mozzarella e la piada con la porchetta veramente ottima. Io ho preso un cassone patate, salsiccia, mozzarella bè che dire.... STREPITOSA da oscar. Altissima Qualità della materia prima!!! Inoltre volevo ordinare 2 porzioni di patatine fritte e il prioritario a suo discapito è stato così onesto da farmi sapere che una porzione sarebbe bastata in quanto molto abbondante. Se non è onesta questa.... 2 acque e una birra da 66cc tutto per 37 euro!!! Sappiate che le pizzerie che si trovano sul viale Regina Margherita vendono adesso le pizze a prezzi secondo me folli (margherite a 8 euro e pizza diavola 12,5 euro a salire....) oltretutto pizzerie di dubbia qualità. Concludo facendo i complimenti a questi veri professionisti e gli auguro il Meglio.
