Cena molto molto buona! Eravamo in gruppo di 5 e abbiamo mangiato varie portate, e da antipasti a dolci era tutto molto buono. Poi anche il servizio ottimo, gentili e disponibili e non invadenti (ringraziamo Mattia per l ottimo servizio)

Difficilmente lascio recensioni, ma questa volta è doveroso farlo. Sono una persona piuttosto esigente quando si tratta di ristoranti, ma questo posto è riuscito davvero a sorprendermi. Il cibo e l’attenzione ai dettagli sono qualcosa di straordinario. Ho ordinato, come antipasto, un sashimi di pescato del giorno: il tonno si scioglieva letteralmente in bocca. Il sapore era talmente pieno e ben bilanciato da far dimenticare che si trattasse di pesce crudo. L’olio aggiunto a crudo sopra il sashimi era un tocco davvero eccezionale. Come piatto principale ho scelto il “tonno pinna gialla in crosta di panko”: semplicemente il miglior tonno che abbia mai mangiato. Credo seriamente che da oggi in poi eviterò di ordinarlo altrove — difficilmente qualcuno potrà eguagliare un sapore così perfetto. Complimenti a tutto lo staff, davvero. Bravi, bravi tutti!
