Un esperienza splendida. Un vero ristorante giapponese in Romagna. Il menù è giornaliero, quindi non alla carta. Nella giornata "sushi" è composto da antipasto, pesce scottato, sashimi, sushi, dolce e liquori. Ogni piatto viene spiegato e vi assicuro non è nulla che avrete mai mangiato. Tornerò sicuramente per provare gli altri menù.

Sushi a menu fisso con abbinamento di tre sake diversi. Totalmente diverso dai classici sushi a cui siamo abituati: preparato da un cuoco giapponese (molto simpatico) secondo le regole e le tradizioni giapponesi. Pesce ottimo. Merita veramente
