Ho ordinato la torta per la comunione e devo dire che è stato fatto un lavoro eccellente sia per la bontà sia per la bellezza della torta stessa. Settimanalmente ci serviamo tramite il ristorante dove lavoro per Acquistare il pane ed anche questo è ottimo. Bravi

Abito affianco alla pasticceria, prendo le brioche da mesi tutte le domeniche. La qualità è sempre peggiorata in questi sei mesi, prima capitava di tanto in tanto una brioche un po’ dura e non freschissima, ma la cosa ta diventando la prassi, brioche dure, secche e oggi anche con un retrogusto stantio, non ho idea di quanto potessero essere vecchie, ma abbiamo buttato nel bidone 5€ di brioches.
