Una gemma italiana nel cuore di Poznań! Abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare al Ristorante La Bottega e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente straordinaria, sotto ogni aspetto. Abbiamo iniziato con delle bruschette davvero squisite, croccanti al punto giusto e ricche di sapore. A seguire, uno spaghetto allo scoglio che ci ha riportati direttamente sulle coste del Sud Italia: perfetta la cottura della pasta, ricchissimo il condimento di mare. Il filetto ai funghi porcini, tenerissimo e saporito, ha completato una cena da ricordare. Ad accompagnare il tutto, una bottiglia di Greco di Tufo, eccellente vino bianco campano, servito alla giusta temperatura. Il servizio è stato impeccabile grazie alla professionalità e alla gentilezza di Thomas, sempre attento e disponibile. Un plauso speciale ad Alberto e Agnese, i proprietari: Alberto ti accoglie con il calore tipico del Sud, mentre Agnese, che è anche la Chef, riesce a trasmettere amore e passione in ogni piatto. La sua cucina è autentica, genuina, fatta con cuore e ingredienti veri. Un ristorante dove si respira Italia vera, e dove ogni dettaglio è curato con passione. Torneremo sicuramente. Complimenti a tutto il team de La Bottega!

W lokalu byłam dwa razy i jedzenie nie porywa. Za taką kwotę można zjeść o wiele lepiej w innych miejscach. Na plus obsługa i wystrój lokalu, który oceniam na 5.
