Ze względu na prace budowlane, chwilowo otwarta jest tylko część sportowa (niebieskie podłoże i siłownia). Wejście jest przez bramkę od ulicy Działowej.

Kiedyś może nie najświeższy ale przyjazny dla dzieci. Obecnie porażka. Wybudowano nowy budynek, chyba tylko po to by stary nie psuł widoki nowym blokom. Budynek ten dostępny jest tylko w godzinach zajęć i tylko dla dzieci zapisanych. Rodzice muszą czekać za dziećmi na zewnątrz, bez względu na warunki pogodowe. Brak ogólnodostępnego WC, tylko śmierdzący toi toi- "doskonałe" rozwiazanie dla małych dzieci. Zdemontowano huśtawki, zjeżdżalnie, plotek zabezpieczający część dla maluchów i ławki. Kiedyś opiekunowie zwracali uwagę żeby regulamin aby był przestrzegany, teraz psy, hulajnogi i rowery są na porządku dziennym. Zdecydowanie działania mające na celu zniechęcenie do korzystania z jedynego placu w okolicy. Powolna degradacja.
