É o fabrico mais badalhoco onde trabalhei, tudo sujo, os tabuleiros onde se coze os artigos são porcos, os queques por exemplo são cozidos uma vez por semana e são congelados e depois servidos, os congeladores funcionam mal, os frigorificos funcionam mal, colocam carne ou peixe cru em recipientes destapados, para fazer pratos do dia, no mesmo frigorifico do pão cru, potênciando a contaminação cruzada, vi baratas na estufa do pão, não frequentem está pastelaria.
