Absolutely the best place to eat in Kilburn! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the friendliest and most polite staff – they truly make you feel welcome every time. The shop is spotless, with a clean and inviting atmosphere that shows they really care about quality. The food here is on another level. Their charcoal grill is unmatched – you can taste that perfect smoky flavour in every bite. The lamb chops are a standout: tender, juicy, and seasoned to perfection. If you love burgers, their fried burgers are a must-try. Crispy, full of flavour, and available in a variety of delicious options, they’re unlike anything else in the area. To top it off, the milkshakes are simply amazing – thick, creamy, and packed with flavour. Whether you’re here for a full meal or just a quick treat, you’ll always leave satisfied. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the exceptional taste and generous portions. This combination of incredible food, great value, and top-notch service is why this is my go-to spot. Five stars all the way – without a doubt the best charcoal grill, lamb chops, burgers, and milkshakes in Kilburn!

Stopped by Texx Ann Burger and had the truffle burger, and wow—it did not disappoint! Super juicy, packed with flavor, and that truffle touch just took it to the next level. Definitely one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while. But honestly, what made the experience even better was Seema’s amazing service. She was so kind, super attentive, and just made the whole meal feel extra special. You can tell she really cares about making sure everyone has a great time. If you’re craving a solid burger and want to be treated like a VIP, Texx Ann Burger is the spot. Highly recommend!
