I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Fabrizio today at Pret A Manger, and I can't speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment I walked in, his warm smile and genuine enthusiasm created such a welcoming atmosphere. He was not only incredibly polite and efficient but went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect with my order. Fabrizio has that rare combination of professionalism and personal charm — he made my day with a small, thoughtful gesture that showed he truly cares about the customers. It's clear he takes pride in what he does, and it made my visit feel like more than just a quick stop for coffee. Pret is lucky to have someone like Fabrizio on the team. Exceptional service like his deserves recognition. Thank you, Fabrizio — I'll definitely be coming back!

Just want to make sure the staff is rude and untrained to cater customer needs, i asked for an additional cup from the staff but she give a plastic cup to put my daughters drink in, where as she is so unaware that its a health hazard since the drink is hot and plastic is not complaint with hot drink. Upon asking she said she is not allowed to give extra cup..... i hope pret can train the employees better as compare to them greggs and other companie are alot better in catering customers needs. P.S i belong to food and catering industry and is trained in food and saftey standards upto highest standards.

Had a bad experience at Pret (Westfield 1st Floor) today. I ordered an Americano with less water because I like my coffee strong, not an extra shot, just less dilution. A man called Leo wearing a white shirt served me. He tried to charge me an extra 60p. When I asked why, he said the system wouldn’t let him make it stronger without charging extra. I explained (twice) that I didn’t ask for an extra shot, just less water. He still refused and wouldn’t adjust it. I cancelled my order. Pointless policy and rude service.
