We had a booking so we just entered the restaurant and chose our table. About ten minutes later we were greeted with a waiter who asked us if anyone had sat us down (because we booked I didn’t think we had to wait to be seated) to which we said yes because we didn’t think it was a problem. He seemed agitated by this response as he then proceeded to ask if we had any allergies (answer was no) and then he said he would get menus. We sat in a nice area overlooking the kitchen, however, it was really really hot. I enquired about any air conditioning but was told it would leak if it was turned on (needs to be fixed asap). After looking at the menu for a few minutes the waiter came back and asked us if we were ready to order anything, we said tap water and then my friend said to leave us for a few minutes to which he responded someone else would be taking our order (very strange). After another ten minutes we were greeted with a lovely smiling waitress who asked us if we were ready to order drinks. We ordered drinks and food with her and enquired about the tap water as the other waiter never brought it. The waitress also helped me and my friend check in on the app which was nice as we got free dough balls. She came quickly with all the drinks. The food arrived a little while later. The pasta was a bit dry and the pizza didn’t have much cheese on it but I didn’t complain. The waitress checked back on us and asked if we needed any other drinks (we didn’t). Shortly after we finished and the plates were cleared. We were offered dessert menus but were too full. We asked for the bill and paid quite quickly. Apart from the bad food and rude waiter in the beginning, everything else was amazing. I didn’t catch the waitress’ name but she was short and had brown hair with a fringe and a lovely smile.
