Kol was one of the best meals I have had in London recently. The concept is so cool, treating England as a region of Mexico to let British ingredients shine. You can tell so much thought has gone into each dish, but it is not just experimental but also delicious. Service was fantastic (although ended up being a 3+ hour saga, sorry guys!). Would love to try in another season.

The place is charming but legit none of the staff have been to Mexico - so it’s not bad but really really weird. Also extremely overpriced for Mexican food. Essentially the plot wasn’t lost- it was never understood.

I took my husband here for his 50th birthday on Friday and it was incredible! From the moment we stepped in the door, we received such a warm welcome. The staff were very friendly and so knowledgeable on all the tasting dishes and shout out to the gentleman that served the mezcal pairing he gave us intriguing insights into every bottle. The food was mind-blowing the fresh produce using English ingredients to create the flavours of mexican dishes. The creativity was stunning. Being able to watch the chefs create these dishes was fantastic, and it didn't end after the main dishes were served we were taken downstairs to experience dessert! Highly recommend!
