Hands down - the BEST falafel I've ever had. While the shape could be better I cannot complain about the taste of the texture. It was so delicately crisp on the outside and so soft on the inside you wonder how it keep together. Just the gentlest of oressure, a slight crunch as the crust breaks and you taste the BEST falafel ever! About 7 or 8 balls in the side dish falafel I ordered. They were so delicious hot! But I could not finish them all. Had 4.5 leftover which I put in the fridge. Next day had it with some hummus from the same place - I didn't even hear them. nd still they were phenomenal! I ordered pickup and ate in my car. So not eating the atmosphere. I had ordered ahead and my order was waking for me when I got there. The falefal was hot and the humidity was cold. It was all so good. You will not be disappointed.
