We had one day in Pisa and if you've had the pleasure then you understand your options of meals. Well I marched my Husband from the famous tower to this restaurant as I'd seen all the empty bowls on my way through. A little research showed this was more than a quick pasta meal the owners love that food long before it comes from the soil. Empty bowls tell no lies, do yourselves a favour 🤩
