If you have one drink anywhere in Pisa, make it here. A friendly, knowledgeable (and well connected) team concocting clever riffs on classic cocktails, (and others), with a smart local spin which keeps them relevant. Good fun too. Definitely worth 3 or 4 if you have the time.
