The Borderline nightclub is the only venue in Pisa that offers rock music as its main attraction. It frequently gathers locals who prefer lively socializing and a friendly atmosphere. Tourists often visit the club on Thursdays when concerts by Italian and international bands are held.

The Borderline nightclub features a simple and functional room design with a row of chairs at the bar and several tables. For smokers, there is a separate room with air conditioning. The bar always has beer and cocktails available, as well as expensive wine "for connoisseurs".

Every Monday, Borderline hosts what are known as jam sessions, where anyone who wishes can perform on stage.
